Access student scholarships in Scotland to fund your academic studies
Money (or the lack of it) is a key factor for many students, but don’t let your economic situation get in the way of your pursuit of a career in data and AI. We offer scholarship opportunities to support students in Scotland.
The Data Lab Masters student scholarships
The funding covers the full MSc fees and includes participation in The Data Lab’s Masters Scholarship Programme and the opportunity to apply for a paid industrial placement. Participation in Masters Scholarship Programme is compulsory for the funded students.
The Data Lab’s Masters Scholarship offers a programme of workshops, networking events, masterclasses and a residential ‘innovation’ challenge. You take part alongside your academic studies and can earn digital badges to prove your capabilities in networking, ethics and innovation. Taking part in the programme also gives you the opportunity to apply for a paid industrial placement.
Eligibility and application process
If you’ve been accepted on an approved MSc course in data and AI (listed below), check the SAAS website to see if you’re eligible to receive The Data Lab Masters Scholarship. Ordinary residents in Scotland and EU students with settled or pre-settled status may be eligible.
