Talent4Point0 Edinburgh Launch
23rd January 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We’re all about inclusion. Our aim is to support and promote Data & Technology Talent – regardless of gender, ethnicity, neurodiversity, socio-economic or cultural background. We want true meritocracy within organisations – where barriers to entry, promotion and success are removed – and true Talent rises to the top of a richly diverse workforce.
We’re all about connection. We have a focus on helping all individuals progress from the classroom to the boardroom and a network in place to make this happen. We recognise the conscious and subconscious barriers that exist within modern workplaces, and want to collaborate with individuals and organisations who see the world as we do.
We’re all about progression. We aim to help everyone make the most of their prospects to be the best Data & Technology practitioners, able to fulfil the most challenging assignments, projects and roles. Talent 4.0 is a destination for Data & Technology education, thought leadership, leadership development, networking and mentoring opportunities to help everyone be the best they can be.
With a robust network, access to jobs, training, skills and networking, we are a one stop place for inclusion and diversity in Data & Technology, helping to propel individual careers and the overall Talent pipeline by ensuring a strong, diverse, and entrepreneurial workforce.
