Harry Burns Public Lecture: Society, Community, Health and Wellbeing

21st November 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm

Society, Community, Health and Wellbeing: what are the challenges and opportunities in a digital age?

We are living in an increasingly digitally enabled society and as citizens we have seen a shift in how communication and interaction with service providers are increasingly being offered digitally. This FREE public lecture taking place in the heart of Glasgow as part of Scotland’s Digital Health and Care Week is a fantastic opportunity to come along and hear from Sir Harry Burns – introduced by Gillian Docherty, Chief Executive Officer of the Data Lab – speak about this subject.

Are you a working in a sector which is using or developing digital tools to support citizens to access: health, care provider, housing or voluntary sector services? Are you working in related policy or research areas or for a technology provider? Or, are you a student interested in these challenges and opportunities? If yes, come along to this insightful and thought-provoking lecture on 21 November 2019.
